Upon arrival, you’ll enter your unit with a music playlist customized just for you. Each property features high-end linens, a fully stocked kitchen featuring: Italian olive oil, an electric wine opener, and a dual purpose coffee brewer with a great assortment of coffees & herbal teas, BOSE surround sound system, 75 in. Smart TVs with over 100 channels; including ESPN, NBC, FOX, ABC, NBC, other major networks. As well as luxury baths with upgraded amenities, dining tables, and unique artwork. We also include backup supplies of products in every unit. Check your rental agreement for complete details on your property’s amenities and features.
All pertinent information related to your stay at REST will be in your digital and physical guidebook. It includes contact information, Wi-Fi passwords, TV options, local restaurant suggestions, unit-specific instructions, and unit rules. We charge a $50 pet fee. Any breed, any size, up to 2 pets maximum.
Children 2 years of age and younger do not count toward the total occupancy. We have Pack ‘N Play sets available for your stay free of charge.
Our cancellation policy is 100% refundable up to 14 days before your check-in date. Please keep in mind if you cancel without travel insurance less than 14 days from your check-in date, there is no refund.
Changes to your reservations can be made by emailing info@iresteasy.com. Please know that you cannot modify your reservation if you are less than 14 days from your check-in date.
We only accept electronic payment. Our credit card processor will allow us to take payment from any major major credit/debit card company you want to book your reservation with.
Your card will be charged a fee initially at booking. However, the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of check out.
