Tom Wein – Founder & CEO

Tom is a 35-year veteran of the hospitality industry and the recipient of several industry awards and distinctions, including opening the 303-room Cincinnati Marriott Northeast. The hotel received the AAA Four Diamond designation and was ranked #2 (out of 240 full-service Marriott Hotels in the USA) for guest satisfaction.

In 2000, Steve Busch joined Tom; and the newly formed Brandy, Wein & Busch Hospitality (BWB) developed and operated several hotel projects. Today, Tom brings his wealth of expertise to the Short Term Rental industry (STR) as the Founder; CEO of REST and Managing Member of iresteasy, LLC.

Pete Costanzo – Partner & Senior Executive-Strategic Relationships

Pete is a Partner, a key member of REST’s senior leadership team, and a marketing and advertising “Guru”. He is Chairman & CEO of Marsh Ideas, Cincinnati, OH. In a career that has spanned over 40 years, Pete has brought passion and energy to solving strategic marketing & communications problems for a wide variety of industries.

Pete has led and worked with flagship brands on a global basis for Lysol & Airwick products, Woolite, and Resolve Carpet Cleaners to name a few. He has also had deep expertise in retail food brands including Steak n Shake restaurants, Carl’s Jr & Hardees restaurants, and Long John Silvers.

Peter Titlebaum – Partner & CWO (Curator of Wellness Outcomes)

Dr. Peter Titlebaum is REST’s Curator of Wellness Outcomes and Professor at the University of Dayton – Areas of expertise include fund-raising, return on investment, and return of objective strategies. He is a renowned speaker with over 200 presentations and 150 publications to his credit.

Peter believes a healthy lifestyle is more than going through the motions. It is realizing that good decisions will have a long-term impact on wellness. “Enjoy the little things in life, for someday you will realize they were the big things”. – Kurt Vonnegut

Duke Fakir – Partner, Advisor, & Music Legend

“The Duke”, a REST Partner and Advisor, was born Abdul Fakir on December 26, 1935, and is professionally known as Duke Fakir. He is a founding member of the Motown quartet, The Four Tops, from 1953 to the present day. Duke is the group’s lone surviving original member. As a member of the Four Tops, Duke was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990 and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1997, the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1998, received the Grammy Life Achievement Award in 2009 and was included in the Billboard Magazine Top 100 Recording Artists of All Time. Tom met Duke in Detroit, where Tom was working at the Hotel St. Regis Detroit, in which Duke was an investor.

Sheri Glazier-Bessler – Partner & Director of Design

Sheri is responsible for all client collaboration, design development, proposals, and décor plans related to all REST projects including modern and historic properties. Formerly of Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. (WHI) Cincinnati, OH, where she served as Senior Interior Designer from 1993 to 2020. For WHI, Sheri was responsible for the renovation and new construction of more than fifty hotels in the USA.

Some of her representative hospitality projects include Renaissance Indianapolis North, Cleveland Marriott East, Columbus Airport Marriott, Quality Suites, San Luis Obispo, CA, Radisson Lansing, MI, DoubleTree Suites Cincinnati – Blue Ash, Marriott, Spartanburg, SC, Marriott North, Austin, TX, Residence Inn Cincinnati Downtown (Adaptive Re-use), and AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks.

Yumorria Cole- Owner of Jonli Cleaning

Yumorria is the owner of Jonli Cleaning LLC & is REST’s preferred cleaning company. She has been in the cleaning business for 5 years. She specializes in providing Airbnb cleanings, apartments, houses, and commercial property cleanings. She is currently certified thru Better Business Bureau.
A little about Yumorria, she has a BA degree in Political Science (Wittenberg University) and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in HR (NKU). She also has a 6 year old little boy and yes you guessed it, his name is Jonli (hence the name of her company).

Ethan Reisenfeld-Director of Brand Management and Marketing Strategy

Ethan Reisenfeld is a seasoned marketing specialist with extensive experience across the music, sports, and entertainment industries. His deep understanding of these dynamic sectors allows him to craft tailored strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and elevate brand presence.
Specializing in search engine optimization (SEO), Ethan excels in driving brand recognition and development. His expertise ensures that SEO efforts are effectively translated into tangible results, such as increased bookings for hotels, making him a valuable asset for enhancing online visibility and business growth.

Dina Bradford – Finance Manager

Dina brings over 25 years of finance management experience to the REST team and is a key part of the accounting/finance team. Her background includes working in the banking industry and managing corporate accounting/finance for Marsh Ideas advertising agency. Detail-oriented, Dina is the consummate “numbers person” and keeps the business on track.
When not crunching numbers, Dina is passionate about her 2 exotic birds and you can find her weaving and knitting in her spare time.

Olivia Middendorf-Design Specialist

With a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and a Minor in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University, she possesses a strong foundation in design principals and marketing strategy. She is proficient in industry standard design software and excel in creating visually appealing and functional artwork. Her professional experience includes commisioned projects where she ensures alignment with brand identity and vision.
